Megacraspedus separatellus is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It is found from central and southern Europe to the Ural Mountains. Outside Europe it is found in the Altai Mountains, Turkey and the Caucasus.

Megacraspedus separatellus is een vlinder uit de familie tastermotten (Gelechiidae). De wetenschappelijke naam is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1843 door Fischer von Roslerstamm.
De soort komt voor in Europa.
