Schistura kengtungensis és una espècie de peix de la família dels balitòrids i de l'ordre dels cipriniformes.

Morfologia

Els mascles poden assolir els 11 cm de longitud total.^[3][4]

Distribució geogràfica

Es troba a Birmània i les conques dels rius Mekong, Salween i Chao Phraya.^[5][3]

Schistura kengtungensis is a species of ray-finned fish in the stone loach genus Schistura. It is found in the Mekong basin in China, Thailand, Myanmar and Laos.^[1]

Schistura kengtungensis is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de bermpjes (Nemacheilidae).^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1936 door Fowler.
