Eviota albolineata Jewett & Lachner 1983

Eviota albolineata, commonly called spotted fringefin goby or whitelined eviota among various other vernacular names, is a species of marine fish in the family Gobiidae.^[1]

This species is restricted to the Society Islands, Line Islands and Tuamotu Archipelago, records elsewhere are thought to refer to misidentifications of Eviota guttata, a very similar species to E. albolineata. ^[2]

The spotted fringefin goby is a small sized fish, it can grow up to a size from 19 and 26 millimetres (1.0 in) length.^[3]

Distribución geográfica

Se encuentra desde el África Oriental hasta las Tuamotu, Taiwán, Micronesia y Okinawa (Japón ).

Eviota albolineata', communément nommé Gobie nain à ligne blanche, est une espèce de poissons marins de la famille des Gobiidae.

Le Gobie nain à ligne blanche est présent dans les eaux tropicales de l'Indo-Pacifique soit des côte sorientales de l'Afrique aux Tuamotu, excepté la Mer Rouge et Hawaii^[2][3],[4].

Ce gobie nain est un petit poisson qui atteint une taille comprise entre 19 et 26 mm de long^[4].
