Eilema fulminans is a moth of the subfamily Arctiinae. It was described by Hervé de Toulgoët in 1960. It is found in central Madagascar.[1]
This species has a wingspan of 29–31 mm. The head, frons, palpi and thorax are red orange. Forewings are red orange.[2]

Eilema fulminans is een vlinder uit de familie spinneruilen (Erebidae), onderfamilie beervlinders (Arctiinae). De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1960 door de Toulgoët.
Deze nachtvlinder komt voor in tropisch Afrika.
