Nassarius turulosus (Risso 1826)

Tritia turulosa is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Nassariidae, the nassa mud snails or dog whelks.^[2]

Description

The shell grows to a length of 9 mm.

Distribution

This species occurs in the Mediterranean Sea off Greece.

Nassarius turulosus is een slakkensoort uit de familie van de Nassariidae.^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1826 door Risso.
