Epicrionops bicolor Boulenger 1883

A Rhinatrematid caecilian with 3 ceratobranchial arches in the adults, a longitudinal cloacal opening, and a relatively long tail having more than 11 postcloacal annuli. It has more than one row of scales per annular groove.

It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela.

The two-coloured caecilian (Epicrionops bicolor) is a species of caecilian in the family Rhinatrematidae found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, and intermittent rivers.
