Decliniidae is a family of beetles belonging to Scirtoidea. Son escarabajos pequeños, miden de 3.5 a 5.5 milímetros de largo, son oblongos, lisos, brillantes, de color marrón oscuro a negro. El cuerpo es arqueado, casi cilíndrico. Las antenas son casi tan largas como la cabeza es ancha, con cinco articulaciones. Las patas son bastante cortas y endebles.

Små (3,5-5,5 millimeter), avlange, glatte, blanke, mørkbrune til svarte biller. Kroppen er hvelvet, nærmest sylindrisk. Antennene er omtrent så lange som hodet er bredt, med en avlang, fem-leddet kølle. Dekkvingene har markerte punktrader. beina er ganske korte og spinkle.
Lite er kjent om biologien til disse billene, og larvene er ukjente. De er funnet i fuktig skog, gjerne ca. 1500 meter over havet. De voksne eter trolig pollen.
Familien er kjent fra Øst-Asia: Øst-Sibir og Japan.
