Nazikbaş çömçəxul (lat. Benthophilus leptocephalus) — Çömçəxullar cinsinin bir nümayəndəsidir.

Yayılması

Xəzərin endemik növüdür. Orta və Cənub Xəzərdə yayılıb.

Morfoloji əlamətləri

Əvvəlki növlərə nisbətən bədəni və başı az enlənmişdir. Başın eni uzunundan xeyli azdır (ortalama 71%), burnu gödək və girdədir. Başın üst tərəfində çökək yalnız gözlərin arasında nəzərə çarpır. Başın alt tərəfində dəri qırışlar və bığcıq adətən olmur. Başın səthi çılpaqdır.

Yaşayış yeri və həyat tərzi

Samurdan Abşerona qədər dənizin cənub-qərb sahillərində seyrək, Cənubi Xəzərin bütün qərb sahilində isə azsaylıdır.^[1]

Çoxalması

Dənizdə yaşayan balaca növlərdən olduğu üçün öyrənilmiyib.

Benthophilus leptocephalus is a deepwater species of goby widespread along the central Caspian Sea from the mouth of the Samur River to Türkmenbaşy and Hasan-Kuli.^[1] This species can reach a length of 5.4 centimetres (2.1 in) TL.^[2]

Benthophilus leptocephalus is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de grondels (Gobiidae).^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1877 door Kessler.
