Neoclypeodytes fryii is a species of predaceous diving beetle in the family Dytiscidae. It is found in North America and the Neotropics.^[1][2][3][4]

Neoclypeodytes fryii is een keversoort uit de familie waterroofkevers (Dytiscidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1862 door Clark.^[1]
