Eunoe nodulosa is a scale worm described from Saldanha Bay on the Western Cape, South Africa from intertidal depths.[2]
Number of segments 45; elytra 15 pairs. No distinct pigmentation pattern. prostomium anterior margin comprising two rounded lobes. Lateral antennae inserted ventrally (beneath prostomium and median antenna). elytra marginal fringe of papillae present. Notochaetae about as thick as neurochaetae. Bidentate neurochaetae absent.[3]

Eunoe nodulosa is een borstelworm uit de familie Polynoidae. Het lichaam van de worm bestaat uit een kop, een cilindrisch, gesegmenteerd lichaam en een staartstukje. De kop bestaat uit een prostomium (gedeelte voor de mondopening) en een peristomium (gedeelte rond de mond) en draagt gepaarde aanhangsels (palpen, antennen en cirri).
Eunoe nodulosa werd in 1967 voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Day.
