Celatoxia

Celatoxia is a genus of butterflies in the family Lycaenidae. The species of this genus are found in the Indomalayan realm and the Palearctic realm (Yunnan, Himalayas).

Celatoxia er en slekt av dagsommerfugler som tilhører undergrupper blåvinger i den store familie glansvinger (Lycaenidae).

Utseende

Små blåvinger (vingespenn 20-25 millimeter) uten stjerter på bakvingene. Oversiden er brun med et stort, hvitt felt midt på vingen og noen felter med blå skjell, eller for det meste blå. Undersiden er lysgrå med mørkgrå flekker.

Utbredelse

Slekten er utbredt i Sørøst-Asia, nord til Himalaya og Yunnan.
