Neocheritra amrita, the grand imperial, is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. It is found in Burma, Thailand, Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore and on Sumatra and Borneo.

Neocheritra amrita, atau Grand Imperial, adalah kupu-kupu yang termasuk dalam kelompok keluarga Lycaenidae dan sub-keluarga Lycaeninae. Ia mempunyai lebar sayap sekitar 36–40 mm.[2]

Neocheritra amrita is een vlinder uit de familie van de Lycaenidae.[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1860 door Felder.
