Lagocephalus inermis és una espècie de peix de la família dels tetraodòntids i de l'ordre dels tetraodontiformes.

Hàbitat
És un peix marí, de clima tropical i demersal.[4]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba des de Sud-àfrica fins al sud del Japó.[4][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21]
Observacions
No es pot menjar, ja que és verinós per als humans.[22][4]
