Penstemon hirsutus (Hairy Beardtongue) is a species of perennial herb in the family Plantaginaceae. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, Eastern North America, and North America. Flowers are visited by Eastern Giant Swallowtail, Yellow Bumblebee, Glypta rufiscutellaris, and Cnephia pecuarum.
