Penstemon is a genus of shrub in the family Plantaginaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Alaska, Canada, and North America. Flowers are visited by Rufous hummingbird, Stellula calliope, Hoplitis pilosifrons, and Magnificent Hummingbird.
