Ranunculus hyperboreus (High Northern Buttercup) is a species of perennial herb in the family Ranunculaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, Greenland, The Contiguous United States, and Alaska. They have simple, broad leaves, yellow flowers, and achenes. Individuals can grow to 1 feet.
