Thylacinus cynocephalus (Thylacine) is a species of mammals in the family thylacines. This species is extinct. They are native to Oceania continent (Australia, NZ and islands). They are carnivores. Individuals were known to live for 156 months. Reproduction was viviparous. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on saltation to move around.
