Description: English: Kai thot takhrai (Thai script: ไก่ทอดตะไคร้) is deep fried chicken and lemon grass. The lemon grass (the brown coloured "hay"-like shreds beneath the pieces of chicken) has been shredded very thin and deep fried together with the chicken imparting its flavour to the chicken.
