Chiococca alba (West Indian Milkberry) is a species of shrub in the family Rubiaceae. They are climbers. They are native to RondôNia, Santa Catarina, Sergipe, ParaíBa, GoiáS, Paraná, Piauí, SãO Paulo, Pará, Rio Grande Do Sul, Amapá, Pantanal, Amazônia, Puerto Rico, Caatinga, The Contiguous United States, Rio Grande Do Norte, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Bahia, Alagoas, Cerrado, Tocantins, Pernambuco, Rio De Janeiro, Mata Atlântica, Distrito Federal, Mato Grosso, U.S. Virgin Islands, Minas Gerais, Maranhao, Acre (Brazil), Espirito Santo, and Ceará. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Syrphid fly. Individuals can grow to 0.37 m.
