Nannoptopoma sternoptychum és una espècie de peix de la família dels loricàrids i de l'ordre dels siluriformes.

Morfologia

• Els mascles poden assolir 3,3 cm de longitud total.^[4][5]

Hàbitat

És un peix d'aigua dolça i de clima tropical.^[4]

Distribució geogràfica

Es troba a Sud-amèrica: riu Amazones i els seus afluents per sota dels 200 m d'altitud.^[4]

Hypoptopoma sternoptychum is a species of catfish of the family Loricariidae.

This catfish reaches a maximum length of 3.3 centimetres (1.3 in) SL. It is demersal, being found in fresh water in the tropics.

Hypoptopoma sternoptychum is native to South America, occurring in tributaries from the upper and central Amazon River in Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia.

Threats

Hypoptopoma sternoptychum is harmless to humans.

Hypoptopoma sternoptychum is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de harnasmeervallen (Loricariidae).^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1996 door Schaefer.

褶胸下口蜻鯰，為輻鰭魚綱鯰形目甲鯰科的其中一種，為熱帶淡水魚，分布於南美洲厄瓜多爾及秘魯的亞馬遜河流域，體長可達3.3公分，棲息在海達200公尺左右的溪流底層水域，生活習性不明。
