Ethmia confusellastra is a moth in the family Depressariidae. It is found on the Yucatan Peninsula and Cuba.
The length of the forewings is 7–7.7 mm (0.28–0.30 in). The ground color of the forewings is white, generally somewhat infused with pale grayish. The markings are brownish gray. The ground color of the hindwings is white and semitranslucent, becoming brownish at the distal margins.[1]

Ethmia confusellastra is een vlinder uit de familie van de grasmineermotten (Elachistidae).[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1973 door Powell.
