オオバヤドリギ科（Loranthaceae）は真正双子葉類ビャクダン目に属す科。すべて半寄生の低木からなり、他の樹木の枝に着生する。いわゆるヤドリギ類に含まれる。世界の熱帯から温帯（特に南半球）に約70属940種が分布する。 古い分類（新エングラー体系等）では他のヤドリギ類とともにまとめヤドリギ科としていたが、クロンキスト体系等では独立の科とし、現在のAPG分類体系でもビャクダン科（旧ヤドリギ科を含む）とは別系統として認めている。
