Sphenomorphus tonkinensis est une espèce de sauriens de la famille des Scincidae^[1].

Répartition

Cette espèce est endémique du Viêt Nam^[1].

Étymologie

Son nom d'espèce, composé de tonkin et du suffixe latin -ensis, « qui vit dans, qui habite », lui a été donné en référence au lieu de sa découverte, le Tonkin^[1].

Thằn lằn Phê-nô Bắc bộ (danh pháp: Sphenomorphus tonkinensis) là một loài thằn lằn trong họ Scincidae. Loài này được các nhà sinh vật học Nguyễn Quảng Trường, Andreas Schmitz, Nguyễn Thiên Tạo, Nikolai Lutseranovich Orlov, Wolfgang Böhme và Thomas Ziegler mô tả khoa học đầu tiên năm 2011.^[1] Chúng là loài đặc hữu của vùng Bắc Bộ Việt Nam.
