The long-snouted frog (Litoria longirostris) is a species of frog in the subfamily Pelodryadinae. It is endemic to Australia. The frog is also known as the long-nosed tree frog,[2] scrub rocket frog,[1] and sharp-snouted frog.[3]
Its natural habitats in Australia are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, intermittent rivers, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.[3]
Unlike most Litoria, the long-snouted frog attaches its eggs to tree trunks, rocks, or under leaves out of water.[4]

Cette espèce est endémique du Queensland en Australie[1]. Elle se rencontre dans les monts McIlwraith dans le Comté de Cook au centre de la péninsule du cap York.

Ich wybranki składają jaja, przy czym na jedną samicę przypada ich zwykle od 29 do 60[1]. Inaczej, niż w przypadku choćby gatunku Litoria latopalmata, jaja są zabarwione na kolor żywozielony[1]. Nie są składane do wody, gdzie powinny ostatecznie się znaleźć kijanki, ale też na roślinności, kamieniach itp.[1].
Sądzi się, że liczba osobników nie ulega wyraźnym zmianom[1].
