Description: Español: El acuario de la tienda de animales. Es completamente trasparente y se le ve toda la raspa perfectamente y de tamaño pequeño... algo precioso. Tradicionalmente este pez aparece en todos los libros y el 99% de las webs etiquetado como Kryptopterus bicirrhis, una especie de similar aspecto pero de mayor tamaño (hasta 25 cm) y que presenta un mayor número de radios en la aleta anal. Es posible que en un principio fuera este el pez que se importó para acuario y de ahí la confusión, pero no es el que se comercializa actualmente, de mucha menor talla y más apropiado para acuarios medios el Kryptopterus minor. Hay que destacar también que a veces se le confunde con el “pez de cristal africano” llamado Parailia pellucida. Date: 22 May 2014, 20:05:34.
