I found this flower hidden in oak scrub. The strange flower colour is completely camouflaged. It was more or less the only flower around, all the rest of plants were still dormant or sprouting. Hesperis pendula is a perennial herb of the Middle East, growing between Turkey and Israel. The fruit pods are pending - hence the plant's name.
