Synaphea pandurata

Descrição:

Named from the Greek for "connection, union"; refers to the membrane connecting the filament of the upper sterile anther to the stigma. The name was first published in 1810, devised by Robert Brown a botanist who explored Australia with Matthew Flinders. Their are approximately 75+ Synaphea species endemic to Western Australia all with similar yellow flowers. They are hard to identify and require a flower to assist.
