La tordina de Temminck (Pellorneum pyrrogenys)^[2]​ es una especie de ave paseriforme de la familia Pellorneidae propia de Borneo y Java. Su nombre común conmemora a su descubridor, el naturalista holandés Coenraad Jacob Temminck.^[3]​

Distribución y hábitat

Se encuentra únicamente en las islas de Borneo y Java. Su hábitat natural son los bosques húmedos tropicales (o subtropicales) de baja altitud o montanos.

Rostbrynad timalia delas in i fem underarter med följande utbredning:^[3]

• P. p. erythrote – västra Sarawak (Mt. Poi och Mt. Penrissen)
• P. p. longstaffi – bergsskogar på Sarawak
• P. p. canicapillus – höglänta områden på norra Borneo

Underarten besuki inkluderas ofta i nominatformen.^[4]
