Desulfurococcaceae

Desulfurococcaceae are a family of the disc-shaped anaerobic microorganisms belonging to the order Desulfurococcales, in the domain Archaea.^[1] Members of this family are distinguished from the other family (Pyrodictiaceae) in the order Desulfurococcales by having an optimal growth temperature below 100 °C, rather than above 100 °C, and by being more diverse.^[2] Several genera of the family have been identified.

Phylogeny

The currently accepted taxonomy is based on the List of Prokaryotic names with Standing in Nomenclature (LPSN)^[3] and National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).^[4]

Las desulforococáceas (Desulfurococcaceae) son una familia de microorganismos en forma de disco pertenecientes al orden Sulfolobales, en el dominio Archaea. Los miembros de esta familia se distinguen de las otras familias del orden por tener una temperatura de crecimiento óptima por debajo de 100 °C, en vez de superior a 100 °C y por ser más diversos.^[1]​ Se han identificado 7-10 géneros en esta familia (ver cuadro de clasificación).

데술푸로콕쿠스과는 데술푸로콕쿠스목에 속해 있는 고균 과이다.^[1] 이 과(科)의 고균은 데술푸로콕쿠스목에 속해있는 과의 고균과는 다르게 섭씨 100 °C 이하에서 최대의 성장율을 보이고 더욱 다양하게 변한다.^[2]
