En taxonomía, Anaplasmataceae es una familia de proteobacterias [1] intracelulares patógenas que infectan animales y que incluye los géneros Anaplasma, Ehrlichia, Neorickettsia y Wolbachia, los cuales tiene una relación entre sí según el siguiente cladograma.[2]
