Pileus sessile, resupinate or reflexed, solitary to gregarious, 5-10 mm. broad; surface dry, striate entirely to the center, palebrownish, decorated with very long, colorless, tenacious, cylindric fibers, margin thin, entire, concolorous: lamellae distant, dry, concolorous or slightly paler, attenuate at both ends, unequal, radiating from the tubercular attachment of the pileus: cystidia abundant, club-shaped, projecting, rugose at the apex from incrustations of oxalate of lime.
Type locality: Martinique.
Habitat: On bark at the base of a living Murraya exotica. Distribution: Martinique and Guadeloupe.
