Labrisomus xanti, the Largemouth blenny, is a species of labrisomid blenny native to the Pacific coast of Mexico from Baja California to Jalisco. It inhabits shallow waters. This species can reach a length of 17.8 centimetres (7.0 in) TL.[2] The specific name honours the collector of the type, the Hungarian zoologist John Xantus (1825-1894).[3]

Labrisomus xanti is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van slijmvissen (Labrisomidae).[2] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1860 door Gill.
De soort staat op de Rode Lijst van de IUCN als niet bedreigd, beoordelingsjaar 2007.[1]
