Female:
Cephalothorax egg-shaped when viewed from the dorsal side, its front end is widely rounded. When viewed from the side the cephalothorax is strongly convex. The head and the thorax, as well as the 4-th and 5-th segments of the thorax are separate. Cephalothorax 4.3 times longer than the abdomen. The genital segment is 0.75 times as long as wide, the ventral genital projection is small. The caudal rami are slightly longer than wide. A1 is longer than the body by 2 last abdominal segments, the distal segments are of moderate length. Mx1 with 9 setae on the outer lobe, 7 setae on basis, and 7+7+9 setae on endopodite. Mx2 contains 6 setae on the first lobe. P1 slightly assymetrical – the endopodite of the right leg carries 2 inner chaetae, of the left leg – 1. The lateral spine of the second segment of the exopodite of P1 reaches beyond the base of the lateral spine of the third segment. Both spines are narrow, longer than the segments holding them, and are plumose at the tips. The basipodite of P3 with 2-3 small teeth on the outer edge. The third segment of the endopodite of P3-P4 without outer chaetae. The first segment of the protopodite (coxopodite) on P2-P4 in females without an outer chaeta.
Male:
Cephalothorax has a wide oval shape in dorsal view, the front end contains slight lateral projections and is widely rounded. When viewed from the side, the back is slightly concave in the middle part and smoothly narrowed toward the ventral side on the ends. The cephalothorax is 2.75-3 times longer than the abdomen. Caudal rami as long as wide. A1 reach the middle of the second segment of the abdomen. The 8th and 9th segments are longer compared to others. The mandible contains reduced teeth on the cutting edge and carries 2 setae on basis. P1 as in female, also asymmetrical. P2-P4 as in female. P5 uniramous, three-segmented; reaches the distal end of the third abdominal segment. The right and left branches are almost equal in length, but the protopodites are slightly asymmetrical: the left coxopodite is slightly longer than the right basipodite. On the right leg the first and second segment are almost fused. Both legs carry an apical chaeta on the last segment, which is longer on the right leg.
