Description: English: On the cut, there are a couple of lone whistles near the beginning, and then a long series, somewhat reminiscent of an antpitta or perhaps a raptor. I'm not sure if the whistles near the beginning are made by the same bird, but I think so. Euclides Campos identified this as Rufous Mourner and indeed, it matches other reference recordings, including one from eastern Honduras. bird-seen:no playback-used:no Common name: Rufous Mourner Type: song Genus: Rhytipterna Species: holerythra Location: Darién Province Country: Panama Elevation: 550 m.
