Amalda trippneri is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Ancillariidae.[2] It was named after Edmund Trippner at the request of Dr. Axel Alf.[3]
It was found in the Saya de Malha Bank, between Mauritius and the Seychelles.

Amalda trippneri is een slakkensoort uit de familie van de Olividae.[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1996 door Kilburn.
