Agelas semiglaber Pulitzer-Finali 1996

Description ( Anglèis )

fornì da World Register of Marine Species
This encrusting species is poorly described and not compared with other Agelas species. The distinctive feature apparently is the possession of larger verticillated styles with a smooth area in the middle of the shaft. The type material consists of a spicule slide only, which is insufficient to discriminate from other Agelas species.
