Hemigrammus pulcher és una espècie de peix de la família dels caràcids i de l'ordre dels caraciformes.
Morfologia
- Els mascles poden assolir 3,3 cm de llargària total.[4]
Reproducció
En captivitat, la fresa té lloc entre les plantes i els ous es desclouen habitualment entre 20 i 24 hores després.[5]
Alimentació
Menja cucs, crustacis petits i plantes.[4]
Hàbitat
Viu a àrees de clima tropical entre 23°C-27°C de temperatura.[6]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba a Sud-amèrica: conca del riu Amazones.[4]
