This is a nice rare desert pwerennial, blooming in May after the area is completely dry.

Jurinea staehelinae is a rare and endangered perennial in the deserts of Israel. It grows in remote cliffs in the Ramon nature reserve. Although this year it was rather dry, still a few flowers bloom.
