Quercus semiserrata is an Asian species of trees in the beech family Fagaceae. It has been found in northeastern India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, Yunnan, and Tibet.[2] This species is a component of tropical wet foothill forests in northern Myanmar and can also be found in montane forests, often at elevations of 1200 - 1600 meters above sea level.[3] It is placed in subgenus Cerris, section Cyclobalanopsis.[4]

Quercus semiserrata Roxb. – gatunek roślin z rodziny bukowatych (Fagaceae Dumort.). Występuje naturalnie w Bangladeszu, północno-wschodniej części Indii, Mjanmie, Tajlandii oraz południowych Chinach (w Junnanie oraz południowo-wschodnim Tybecie)[3].
Rośnie w wilgotnych wiecznie zielonych lasach. Występuje na wysokości do 500 m n.p.m.[3]
