another perennial from Mt Hermon. Colours the dry slopes with its cream-coloured flowers. Blooming in June. Like many other local flowers it is named libanoticum after Lebanon where it was first described.

This perennial has impressive cream coloured inflorescences. It is found in Syria, Lebanon and N Israel.
