Cirsium tuberosum is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves and achene. Flowers are visited by Andrena pilipes, Dasysyrphus tricinctus, scotch argus, and Platycheirus peltatus. Individuals can grow to 0.5 m.
