Cirsium is a genus of herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to Puerto Rico, North America, Greenland, Canada, Alaska, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, and The Contiguous United States. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Bombus rufocinctus, Coccinella septempunctata, Sphecodes albilabris, and Bombus vosnesenskii.
