Vaccinium uliginosum (Bog Bilberry) is a species of shrub in the family Ericaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Eastern North America, Alaska, Western North America, Canada, Greenland, United States, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and purple flowers. Flowers are visited by Clossiana chariclea, Andrena helvola, Andrena similis, and Scatopsciara. Individuals can grow to 2 feet.
