흡혈메기과(Trichomycteridae)는 메기목에 속하는 조기어류 과의 하나이다. 흡혈메기과는 사람의 요도 또는 성기에 들어가 기생하는 기생성 메기류인 칸디루(candiru)를 포함하고 있다.
