Deuterocopus planeta is a moth of the family Pterophoridae. It is found from India, through south-east Asia and the Indonesian Archipelago.[1]
The wingspan is 10–11 mm.
The larvae have been recorded feeding on the flowers of Leea sambucina.[2]

Deuterocopus planeta is een vlinder uit de familie van de vedermotten (Pterophoridae).[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1907 door Meyrick.
