Pileus convex to subplane, gregarious, 1 mm. broad; surface subpellucid, pruinose, margin striate: lamellae white, adnate, few, broad: stipe pruinose, pellucid, 6 mm. long.
Type i^ocality: Cuba.
Habitat: On leaf petioles and nerves.
Distribution: Known only from the type locality.
