Pileus thin, plane, umbonate, 1 2 mm. broad ; surface white, brownish on the disk, reticulate, margin striate: lamellae adnate-decurrent, few, distant, broad, interstices trabeculate: stipe slender, glabrous, solid, slightly enlarged above, 2.5 cm. long, 0.5 mm. thick.
Type IvOCaIvITy: Cuba.
Habitat: On logs in woods.
Distribution : Known only from the type locality.
