Boisea trivittata (Eastern Boxelder Bug) is a species of true bugs in the family scentless plant bugs. They are native to The Nearctic. They visit flowers of false Indian plantain, flat-top goldentop, small-leaf globemallow, and white heath aster. They are diurnal herbivores. Individuals can grow to 12.5 mm. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on flight to move around.
