Cyathea delgadii is a species of tree in the family scaly tree ferns. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to SãO Paulo, Mata Atlântica, Mato Grosso, Roraima, Amazônia, Minas Gerais, Acre (Brazil), Santa Catarina, Ceará, Espirito Santo, Bahia, Rio De Janeiro, Rio Grande Do Sul, Distrito Federal, GoiáS, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Piauí, Pernambuco, RondôNia, and Paraná. They have pinnate leaves. They have alternation of generations.
