General Description

The body and hair of the adults are dark brown. Maxillary palps of the males reach the apex of the first article of the antennae. Forewings are uniformly dark brown to black. The male cercus is linear and evenly tapered with an oblique distal edge. The article of the clasper is not projected beyond the adjacent lobes of the proximal article (Schmid, 1983).
